We have a workflow that makes a button appear on sales orders and recently it started to make two of the same button on the sales order even though we didn't change anything. Does anyone know what it might be?

Is the "new" button a replica of a native button like "Approve" for example?

huh. seems odd. I would agree on caching since the only other option would be a big FU in the workflow with some or all it being duplicated. But that would not be inconsistent
