Has anyone ever seen this before? Negative quantity for commited? And quantity available is _more than_ stock on hand :confounded:

Yes! We have one item with a negative qty. committed right now. The last time this happened, we were told by NetSuite, this is an issue that can happen on occasion. They allegedly run some kind of tool to fix these discrepancies on occasion, but they do not give a specific date or time. The last time, we just had to keep an eye on things.

Were you able to pinpoint the issue on  your end?

I have an open support case but nothing yet

FYI their tool doesn't seem to be working, they've just created a defect
