What does Alcohol Recipients mean?

Where are you seeing it? That's a shipping term (UPS/Fedex) relating to restricting shipping of alcohol to approved recipients with licenses. IE, not shipping to an address where a minor could receive, or the package doesn't satisfy local/state alcohol rules.
