Hi there, I was hoping someone could help me with what I hope is a stupid question. I'm adding a new field to the purchase item section on a purchase order, but I can't seem to get it to display in the order that I want the fields to appear. Under Display, I keep selecting the field that I want it to be inserted before, but it never moves from the end of the line when I check on an existing purchase order record. When I go back to the actual field to change it's settings, it is appearing in the INSERT BEFORE list as where I want it, it's just not updating on the actual purchase order record. It's driving me nuts.

Are you using custom forms?

Its just the standard PO
The field is showing on the line item, its just not appearing in the order that I want it to

You need to go to your form select screen fields tab if the field is not a transaction column on then find it in appropriate sub tab - drag and rearrange accordingly. For trans column look for expenses subtab and do the same, you may need to look into the sublist tab too. SAVE it should work out.
