What do all the Netsuite Admins use for tickets/projects/wish lists tracking? Zendesk? I am adding a few members to my Netsuite/ERP support team and looking for a good ticketing/tracking system. This would be used from user simple requests (ie saved search help, permission help etc) to creating wish lists of customizations our users would like to see but are not mission critical. I want to be able to enter a "ticket" and be able to track it's status and who it is assigned to. Most importantly I want to be able to keep notes on how we solved issues so that we have the history to go back and use for future similar issues. Thanks for your advice all!

We use Case Management in NetSuite for our own internal Help Desk system. Then use Teams to track projects/enhancements

You can link netsuite cases with solutions and a knowledge base/intranet

We use Aha as product owners, but our dev team use Azure devops

We rolled out our own using custom records that has an approval workflow to route to a reviewer and an approver from the business.

Our development team was using Jira for other projects and we started integrating the NetSuite issues into Jira.
