I do not see an option to remove the button 'Mark Shipped' from purchase orders through workflows? I went through the entire list, I only see 'Mark Picked' and 'Mark Packed'.

It might be the Recieve button. Mark sipped only shows up on drop shipments so they may have just renamed the Recieve button in this case
