Yeah, I noticed initially as I was trying to edit an Advanced PDF/HTML Template and came up with the generic "An unexpected error has occurred". Fortunately I was already on a call with Netsuite Support about an unrelated issue and let them know, they investigated whilst I was holding and they stated that yes there was an issue with Sandbox and raised a case for me anyway.
