It's like $75k, in Scotland near a major city. They're just wanting 2-3 years experience to help with some general imrpovements and management

To be Honest, for the good NetSuite people I know $75 is not going to be enough to get them to respond. I dont know anything about Scotland but here for a system owner you better be offering 90-100 at least.
