Has anyone run into an issue on picking tickets where the quantity ordered and the quantity "To Pick" are out of balance due to backordered components? The order is for 50 Kit A's. Kit A is made up of one Component 1 and one Component 2. We have 40 of Component 1, but 65 of Component 2. The Kit main line shows 10 backordered, as expected. Component 1 shows a backorder amount of 10 and a pick number of 40. However, Component 2 shows 50 to be picked, even if only 40 kits can be fulfilled at that time. Is this expected behavior or can a setting be changed to show the proper amount?
