Does anyone use magento as their e-commerce platform to connect with NetSuite? And if you do are you using NetSuite to push site and item data to magento?

I implemented this once about 5 or 6 years ago. I don't remember what the source for items was either in magenta or net Suites

I think with a magenta integration you can decide what system will holds the primary item information

Thats where we are at right now. We currently have our items in Netsuite but in Magento we offer discounts and promo codes for customers to earn and they mess up some of the integrations.

Hey boogie it sounds like your company is in good hands. We're looking to do another Magento netsuite integration. To your other points you could perhaps use discounts and promo codes and store them in netsuite and use netsuite as your system of record for items

I guess it depends on how much headache that would be worth

But the other Magento integration I did they kept the item records in Magento
