@DX I'm personally not so keen on the Admin descriptor. It's essentially a system manager role. An admin franks envelopes, stirs the bosses coffee and empties the bin. A Netsuite 'admin' has to be a developer, a tester, a business analyst, a product owner. It carries huge responsibility where as an 'admin' implies just a small cog. The analogy is it's like calling the President a federal manager, it's quite belittling.
