Every time I apply a filter on an Item Saved Search, it always downloads a CSV instead of just populating the table. Does anyone know how to just make it populate the table with the filtered results instead of downloading a damn CSV? lol

Sounds like you are pressing enter after selecting an option in the filters. In a search, you should tab out of the filter field or click away with the mouse. That will trigger the refresh
