In a OneWorld account and trying to send customer statements monthly via simple email workflow. Does anyone know how or if it's possible to select a specific statement transaction form to be used? Seems like only the form marked Preferred wants to be used no matter what I try. This is obviously not ideal for OneWorld situation. Thanks for any help!

Using a workflow you can use the send email action and select a specific form

I know email template can be selected in WF send email action, but unless I'm mistaken, you can't select a transaction form nor does a transaction form link to an email template

If you do a customer workflow and add the send email action there is a box to include statement You can also select the form

Yep. They are wanting to fully automate on a schedule, but so far this is how we do it

We have the same problem. I'm planning to move all the statement templates into files in File Cabinet, and then have a single template that imports the subsidiary-specific file (
<#if subsidiary.id = x> <#include ..>
)

At the moment our AP team is manually changing the default form before each subsidiary statement is run.
