Anyone know anything about CloudExtend by Celigo? It's an add-on for outlook to NetSuite
c
I do, I’m the General Manager for Celigo’s CloudExtend brand. We built our app from the ground up to work on Macs, PC’s, desktop, browsers, and even in native Outlook mobile App on iOS and Android. Many of you may have received the email notification from NetSuite today announcing that their own integration will no longer be supported and recommending 3rd party apps to replace them. Please know that pricing for our app starts at free. Users that need additional features have options to move up to a paid version as well. We met with hundreds of NetSuite customers to get input as we built this app and it will get significant monthly updates as well. DM me with question or post them here publicly and mention me. I’ll respond.

Non-Celigo employee here to say that it is a good product. I ran an extensive test on the product last year and was impressed with many of the features. There were a few things that made us wait on the purchase though. At the time, it was a little slow looking up records and we couldn't keep the Celigo add-in pinned open. This feedback is based on the product as of 8/2018. They had some roadmap fixes promised to increase speed. I think there was also an included integration to Google Drive and SharePoint that looked pretty neat as a FIle Cabinet replacement. @Chris Corcoran would know more about that though.

Overall - If you are looking to replace the deprecated NetSuite for Outlook, CloudExtend is my favorite option.

@MySuite thanks for the feedback. Task pane pinning is coming for Windows users and OWA users soon (it’s code complete and with our QA team). Microsoft’s API does not yet support it for Macs but we’ll be ready when it does. For those unfamiliar with task pane pinning it is a feature that would keep our App open as you click through your emails. Without it, you need to click an icon on your task bar to open our app. We’ve made a lot of stride in speed for both free users and Enterprise users. Enterprise users will see better performance because of bundle we make available to them. Free and Standard users still have decent speed, up over 100% since August of 2018. We are now just starting work on an integration with OneDrive and Sharepoint as well. I appreciate the support of this group and am happy to answer any questions privately or publicly.

Thanks @Chris Corcoran for the update. I have worked with Justine Burdo from the CloudExtend team in the past. SHe was a big help. Again, I really like the product and will be giving it another review for my new company.
