So for whom it may concern, we've been struggling with an issue regarding our checkout today, and it was broken. Apparently there's an issue with 2019.1 release in which the final step is causing 404 errors to show up in the console (page hung while "processing") for the checkout process as it's not parsing URL stuff correctly. We discovered it when we started receiving calls regarding not being able to order online. Then we noticed we hadn't had any online orders for over 10 hrs (highly unusual). There is good news however. There's a Forum post that details the error and a temporary workaround that also worked for us. Just posting in here in case others hadn't noticed issues.
