02/21/2019, 10:18 AMValidate that the user's role have at least Edit level of Document and Files Permission under the lists subtab. Moreover, check if this certain role has any restrictions.

02/21/2019, 10:29 AMOk, at first check as well it this certain folder as restrict for a certain group of people or checked as private. and try to update the permission for the role from create to edit.
