Our old netsuite admin has left the company and I need to log in to NS under her account because she has tons of hidden/private files that I can't seem to get access to. I reset her access and updated the phone numbers in the profile but I can't get the two step authentication to update to a different phone number. Anyone have any idea how I could re-set that up so I can get into her account?
