When i create zendesk ticket i want to import messages as well with them but in Celigo i can't add it to the mappings
this is a custom flow
PS : IA flow is working

@Driss Talainte are you referring to Zendesk messages on a support ticket? That’s a separate API call, right? It’s really not clear what your problem is from what you’ve posted
