Hello Everyone! We are currently setting up a duplicate Netsuite instance (we currently have one, we're going to create a second instance). Does anyone have any recommendations for how to duplicate an entire Netsuite instance? Best practices and/or how to transfer all of the data from one system to the other? Essentially clone the system as is. Thanks!

Copy to Account

Does this feature copy everything? Dependencies, fields, records, customers, transactions, etc. ? There isn't much documentation I've seen about this feature

What is the reason for duplicating the account? Are you familiar with a sandbox account? Copy to account is limited, and not intended for duplicating an instance.

@Oriel R. If you want to transfer specific elements of metadata you can use either copy to account bundles or SDF, they all have their pros and cons. @Nicholas LaHara Thanks for the reply, we've been asked to do it so now we're just trying to figure out the best route forward. Both instances have Sandbox accounts that we use for development of scripts, changes, etc. and will be utilizing them before doing it in production.

Out of the options that Oracle offers OOTB SDF is the best one, but it requires technical knowledge.
