Hi All I am not sure whether any of you came across this issue before. Standard NetSuite Customer Profitability report does not consider Customer Payment Discount Taken amounts. Hence profitability report revenue figures are not tallying with income statement figures for a period. I tried to customize the report and it looks like there no option for me to include the discount taken in to the standard report and the team who is requesting the report want the report similar to standard report and they don't want it as a saved search. Has anyone come across this issue? Is there a way for me to get this fixed? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I encountered the same as well I think last year. I wasn't able to find a solution, so we just rescreated it as a saved search. Not sure why your users don't want a saved search but they should understand that saved searches are generally more powerful than reports so they need to get used to it. 🫣

Thanks Luis. I was thinking the same even though the customer does not prefer saved searches. One main reason is they have transactions with date and posting period differences and they can run saved searches with filters as From Period to To Period
