can you export a sales order via .csv in a simple way?
in an ideal world it could be attached to an email per the customer email preferences.

@Karina from there i can attach a .csv version of the sales order????
some customers have different requirements as to what they want included in their .csv file, some of these items are not included on the sales order.

this is a bit involved in a sense that it will require heavy customization based on each customer requirements. very costly.

@Karina the version you suggested includes what? i tried running it manually with the email button further down the sales order, but it will send a blank email.
does the drop down button attach something automatically?

I am not so sure what exactly you are tryin to accomplish short of emailing sales order in .scv format to the customer.

Maybe a workflow will do. You can schedule emailing all sales orders via a workflow

maybe that is the easiest version to accomplish. i'm looking to pull additional information that is not currently included on the sales order.
a specific customer is requesting fields that we do not normally include on the standard sales order.
