yes, so what happens here is your taking say the wheel. Instead of building that wheel assembly on a separate work order and then using the inventory on another work order. You are just building the quantity needed on the order that needs them. So if you mark that item phantom on the work order, it will add its components which can be issued or backflushed just like the rest of the items on the assembly
