idk if its possible to script it, i know you can import them. We had a similar issue for vendors and after we manually added all subs to the vendors we realized that you could simply import and update the vendors with all diffrent subsidiaries. so i am assuming same can be done for customers. CSV import and update the customers to include all the subs you want.

yes @shamwow19 currently I have done manually, but I want to add secondary subsidiary using suitescript.

Note that you cannot change the primary subsidiary

Try customer-Subsidiary record type, in csv import. make sure that multi-subsidiary feature is on
