@wes_w apparently from our DNS guru "NetSuite’s badly rolled out name server changes. I believe they are switching to customer-specific domains," apparently CNAME requests for our "www.{websitename.com}.hosting.netsuite.com" now resolve to {NSAccount#}.shop.netsuite.com . he did a fix and we're back up again.
