Im currently running a custom search that runs daily. It searches in customer records for a custom field that says "Software Warranty". If the date = 30 from todays date, it returns results. Then Im using the "Email" tab feature to email the primary contact on those results a email notifying them their warranty is expiring soon.
Problem is, I dont think this logs / puts a copy of the email in their "Communications" tab. Is there a better workflow for this?
