Hello all, we recently had an employee leave us and I need to see a list of all emails being sent from netsuite from her account. This would be all saved search schedules, all report schedules, any auto emails for purchases, etc. Is there a way to mass see everything being sent from her email address?

open up one of the sent email - look up the internet header of the email for "X-MailingID: scompid=" you will find the internal id of the search or report on that line. Use the internal ID to to determine the search or report.

Message record is save searchable and the author should give you that same info

@Isabella you can also do a Saved Search search selecting scheduled is true, OR Send Triggered Emails is true. This will show you all saved search that are running on a schedule or being used to send email when a certain condition is met. this will narrow your search window.
