@screnshaw You may want to start looking into the Analytics Workbook features (Beta now in 2018.2, GA with 2019.1). It's the next iteration of searching and gives you more levels of joins. That said, in Saved Searches you can join multiple record types if you have one type sitting in the middle, sort of like an association table in a relational DB. Your search would be on the association table type, and you could retrieve data from each of the other joined tables

Hi - when I try this in my account, I can only add 2 criteria and not any more... any pointers to what I might be missing? I would REALLY love to use this tool, but 2 criteria are too few on most practical needs.

I'm not aware of that limitation

On transactions, I can't find subsidiary (we use one world) or line level fields.
