Regards my question from this morning about the “from” format for emails sent from NetSuite - it depends on whether or not you (successfully) have DKIM set up. I set it up before and it was all working fine, but NS must have changed something as I had to do it again and now my emails are showing the actual email address in the from instead of system@sent-via.netsuite.com

Replied to your other post .. I think they added a active or inactive checkbox. Had a client that had same thing happen and all we had to do was check it (or uncheck it can't remember which)
