@KRISHNA I have used a Mass Update Script to Delete Records. There is a Suite Answers Answer Id: 79526 that covers this specifically

@Mark Needham I have used the script earlier and even with the script its taking more time to delete the transactions. Its been almost 4 days now I am waiting to delete the records from Netsuite. Did you use any other process to delete them fast?

That seems like a long time. Do you have other scheduled scripts running at the same time and is your script yeading and starting over?

No, there is no other script or any other mass update running currently. Yes sometimes it got errored out twice which delayed some time and I need to start again.
