01/23/2019, 5:53 PMI would have said that they are not enabled int he netsuite instance you have. I would check under Setup > Company > Enable Features

01/23/2019, 5:54 PMYou’ll want to go to the SuiteCloud Tab and go to the bottom and look for Token Based Authentication and enable that.
