Has anyone had experience with Vendor Prepayments? I believe there is a bundle available but I am unable to install it. I'd like to know how your company processes prepayments, it would be much appreciated.

This is one off the SuiteSolution bundles that NetSuite recently made free. You just need to make a request in a support case and they will share the bundle with you.

what does it solve? Do you like it?

If you need to make payments on a PO before it is received/billed, it is typically a couple steps manual process. The bundle automates it. I haven't tried it out yet, though I did read through the documentation and it was pretty comprehensive and clear.
