@Leo Nieto I believe you should be able to do this via CSV import using the Line ID to specify which lines you're editing versus adding. FYI this will still be an "update" operation if the sales order already exists, rather than an "add or update".

@Leo Nieto I think your only other options are by hand (through the UI) or by script. If you've only got a few, I'd say do it by hand. And unless you're updating a ridiculous number of lines (like 100,000+), CSV import is going to be waaaaay easier.
