I've checked and most are free already but some are still shared.

I guess either they are already public (like <@U5TNEF7FW> says) or you can open a support case to request it to be shared to your account

seems like this would only apply to SuiteSuccess customers, no?  not necessarily if you've been live on NetSuite for years and didn't get SuiteSuccess?

We are pre SuiteSuccess and from my account manager's reply it sounds like that's not an issue

interesting.....I'd be very curious if there's any pushback from NS Support when/if you make the request (not to suggest your AM is not correct, but corporate communications is an imperfect art)

Let's see, I've put in a request for a couple.. I'll report back what happens
