Canโ€™t see Netsuite official announcement regarding this.
m
Me neither. I've emailed my account manager to ask about it
y
@michoel Keep us updated ๐Ÿ™‚
m
Reply from our account manager:
Happy new year to you.
The bundles are no charge to provision into account. If customers requires assistance with set-up then they can purchase PS hours. To have SS provisioned in your account you will need to log a support case and request.
k
I've checked and most are free already but some are still shared.
y
@michoel Thanks for the update. So they are currently avaliable as public bundles?
m
I guess either they are already public (like @karlenigma says) or you can open a support case to request it to be shared to your account
y
OK, I will check that. BTW what should be the bundle's names? As mentioned at the article?

seems like this would only apply to SuiteSuccess customers, no? not necessarily if you've been live on NetSuite for years and didn't get SuiteSuccess?
m
We are pre SuiteSuccess and from my account manager's reply it sounds like that's not an issue
p
interesting.....I'd be very curious if there's any pushback from NS Support when/if you make the request (not to suggest your AM is not correct, but corporate communications is an imperfect art)
m
Let's see, I've put in a request for a couple.. I'll report back what happens
Thank you for confirming the Account Numbers, I have requested for bundle Vendor Prepayments and Consolidated Invoicing be available on your Production and Sandbox Account. Once our provisioning confirmed that these bundles are available to install. I would advise you ASAP.
No pushback reported ๐Ÿ˜„
