Hello, has anyone here done a markup for a shipping item on the invoice? It looks like you can do a markup on items done with the UPS and USPS integration but what about if you use a another freight carrirer?

shipping charge based on Total transaction Amount can be done with all shipping items (with or without) integration. If mark up based on shipping cost (calculated or manually entered) - scripting is required.
