@Terry You cannot drag and drop from outlook to any other web application, because essentially attached files are encapsulated in the .eml file, and will not be dragged out to a browser based application, all due to file structure. You can drag the file from outlook to your desktop (win and OSX) then drag it from desktop to your web application opened in the browser - in this case Netsuite with drag and drop module enabled.
