I haven't gotten a straight forward answer to this from NetSuite, so I'm just going to ask the same things here: Is there a way one can edit the Merge action for cases? From what I understand that is a no. I wanted to know what the best alternative for Merging cases would be, as NetSuite's current way of handling case merging (by deleting the previous ticket) is not giving us a full audit flow.
