We have run into an issue with an expense report that was rejected. I can make changes and edits in it (as administrator) but nobody else is able to. I have tried to switch over to the controller role and had no luck. I also verified the permissions in the roles and everything checked out okay. suite articles dont show anything either. anyone experienced this before
