Anyone know what would cause a custom form to change to the preferred form after saving the record? I checked the form ID's before and after submit. Before the record is submitted the custom form is correct, after submit it has changed to the preferred case form. This is a problem because we cannot reliably use the Custom Form field in workflow conditions. Is this standard NetSuite behavior? We don't have any other workflows running and only script is NetSuite's WRM Warranty Claims.

Does your custom form have the Store Form with Record box checked?

It is not checked.
Sorry, I finally got around to this. Checking the box kept it from changing. Thanks!
