How do you handle employee names - legal name versus nickname? We have a few employees that go by their middle name or nickname. We're trying to standardize names across multiple systems and want to stick with their legal name in the employee setup, but other employees won't know them by that name. We'd like to search by either their legal or nickname in any screen. Has anyone done this? The only reference to nickname that I've found is in their individual preferences. If that's the only place to change it - and it works for searching their names across the system - that's totally fine!
