Hi
I am still struggling in syncing a SalesForce custom Order object with NetSuite SalesOrder using Celigo Integrator. Not able to see the OrderItems in the integrator to map them with Items. If somebody has done this or has any insight on how salesforce objects can be made visible in the integrator, please throw some light.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Nik, I imagine it’s something pretty basic is setup incorrectly because this is standard functionality. Have you logged a support ticket? You can do that from within the product.

Thanks @matt.graney I'll log one now. Was just hoping if someone already faced this and knew what it was. Thanks again!

@Nik, I saw your ticket. Is this for Salesforce CommerceCloud?

It is a CC (Cloud Craze Order we are creating the Order Items are not syncing to the NS. We have tried hard-coding item values and they essentially sync that way. But when we use lookups the orderitems object doesn't seems to have been created in the request.)
