Apparently this is a partial workaround: • Change print file output to ZPL • Use Open-With to open the ZPL with NetSuite Batch File or… o Associate ZPL file format with the NetSuite Batch File. You may have to make a registry edit so that the ZPL file format is associated permanently (supposedly changing Win10 file association via GUI isn’t permanent so registry hack is required) • Label printer should then print shipping information. • Issues that still happen, various reference information may not print on DocTab such as SO#, item #, item weight, etc.,
