Or is the earlybird rate the best we're going to do?

@rgoldstein the group rate is often the same or better than the earlybird rate (and I think you only need four people to be a “group”). I’ve seen some people manage to negotiate free suiteworld passes into their licensing contract. Also sometimes you can get a free pass if sign up to present something or be part of one of their panels or whatever. Haven’t seen any other discounts in my experience.
