I have a new item – Custom Form Creation Package. I have the revenue recognition set to create plans on fulfillment, however, it appears to be creating the revenue plan and recognizing revenue based on the invoice bill date instead of the sales order & fulfillment date. I have exhausted my knowledge on how to fix this. Can anyone provide guidance?
