does anyone have a workaround to block approved SO's from a "Bulk fulfill orders" page ?

Instead of Approved SO what you would like to show?

we need all SO's to be approved. so no approval process. but none of the SO's should be able to be fulfilled in bulk by any role except for certain roles

Under Setup—>Accounting—> Accounting Preference make sure default SO approval is set as Pending Fulfillment.

yea that's basic. im only hunting for solutions for the bulf fulfill page

Only way is to remove Fulfill Orders permission for certain roles
