Dated last month, created 21 days or more after the end of that month.....so for example if on 11/25 I created a 10/31 transaction, this search would catch that. The idea is that close at our company would never take more than 21 days. So after 21 days we can assume no changes should be made to the prior month. This would be to create an alert based on new results to that search.
