@Thai primary subsidiary cannot be changed at this moment for any of the entity - customer/vendor. There is an enhancement request for this in suiteidea. I spoke to one of the Netsuite Solution architect while back about this, it is in their roadmap and probably would be bundled with shared employee release stated during 2019.2
