Hey guys. I'm an NS developer but pretty much the only NS authority here since our NS admin left. I've been tasked with interviewing a replacement NetSuite admin. I've never interviewed anyone before. What sort of questions should I ask? What should I probe for? Obviously, as a developer, I have some idea of what the NS admin did on a day to day basis, but need some guidance
