has anyone used netsuite openair module? how would you rate it?

we started using it. most people never used it so we stopped. both integration and moving away from it took a lot of work on the part of our IT team.

lol my friend works for a design company and they have it. he was also ambivalent.... tbh i didn't even know ns had a psa module...

Prior company used it but in the reverse of how NS would have you set it up - we enter projects, timesheets, exp reports into OA and then imported to NS. Switched over to Concur for exp, and NS time tracking all teams were using some other from of Project Mgmt tool - no one used OA - so we dropped support. UI was really dated - not sure if they have updated in the past couple of years

oh is it not a module to add on to NS?

Yes it is a different app
