@alien4u Yes it was very confusing for me too as the need for it is born out of a silly issue in the work processes here. The user who processes the Sales Orders also currently uses the Print Pick List option (which provides a Packing List PDF for some reason, likely because of an advanced PDF form issue). She then manually e-mails the Packing List PDF to her logistics providers, but wants a way to handle this directly off of the Sales Order record in NetSuite to avoid the extra steps, which makes sense to me
