Has anyone in this group made use of the new multi subsidiary customer feature? If so, is there a way to merge duplicate customers previously created in separate subsidiaries?

Hey @SimonC, how did you enable that feature?

Hey Gustav, I haven't yet. I have a use case where I might need that feature but still gathering research at this stage.
Facing the same problem @SimonC
We have multiple customers due to different currencies and product support.
At moment we use Parent Child to connect them but we are coming to a problem now with it being a spider web mess.
Especially for the customer who has multiple logins to our customer centre 🙈
Unfortunately we can’t use the multi sub as suggested by @michoel due to our project resource requirement to log time globally

For me it seems that can't merge customers from 2 different subsidiaries. Anyone knows what "Single subsidiary customers must contain values currently that would be recognized as a duplicate for this tool to be used." exactly means? What are the fields required to consider something as a duplicate? In general NS shows that this customer is a duplicate but manage customer duplicates tool does not seem to see them...
